Our Team

Our medical team consists of Otolaryngologists, specially trained Nurses and support staff. Dr. Bhatt is dedicated to providing the highest quality ear, nose and throat medical/surgical and hearing healthcare possible for his patients. He will ensure that you receive the most current and most advanced diagnostic care and treatments available. Communication is a key element in Dr. Bhatt’s relationships with patients. He will work closely with you and your primary care physician to make you well and then keep you healthy. We value you and your health and hope you will feel comfortable here. You are the most important part of our practice.

Education & Qualifications of Dr. Drupad Bhatt

Dr. Bhatt attended medical School at M.P. Shah Medical College in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. After completing his studies in 1976, Dr. Bhatt received his Otolaryngology residency training at Gujarat University from 1976 to 1979. He worked as a Rotating Intern at Saurashtra University in August 1980 and the M.P. Shah Medical College in Jamnagar, India.

Journey in the U.S.A.

Later, he relocated to the U.S. and completed two years of General Surgery residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York in 1983. He completed his Otolaryngology residency at Downstate Medical Center, where he was also Chief Resident in New York in 1987. He has been in private practice serving the Poconos area since 1987. Dr. Bhatt is on the active staff at Lehigh Valley Heath Network – Pocono Medical Center and is on the active staff at St. Luke’s Hospital – Bartonsville.

In addition to having a private practice for nearly 25 years, Dr. Bhatt is also a very active member of the Pocono Medical Center staff. He is a member of the Medical Executive Committee and a member of the Credential Committee, ensuring the proficiency of all the physicians associated with the hospital. He was the Chief of the Department of Surgery for Pocono Medical Center from 2003-2011. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
